Flickr inspired art: Nólsoy, Faroe Islands

I was able to travel to a far away land...Greenland to be exact,
thanks to Zinnie and his beautiful picture of Nólsoy
in the Faroe Islands.
I might have to go there and see it for myself one day...

Your early drawings inspired me to find some of mine from the 80s for this week's challenge! Very sweet of your mom to send these to you!! I love the painting of Nolsoy...it looks like such a quaint village.
Is flickr inspired art something just you do..or is there a group? I think its a cool idea! It would be a good group if there isn't one.
