Sparrows in ink
I re-drew the sparrows in ink.I see many possibilities for this drawing...
I might attempt to embroider it on linen.
I just don't know if I've got the patience.

Hi Geninne. When I saw your last ink drawing, I was thinking how beautiful it would look stitched. But of course, I stopped short of 'stealing' your wondrous art to do so! I can see a real opening for you to provide your drawings as stitchery designs. You could offer fully detailed designs such as this one, and some simple designs for the more time-poor stitchers. They would sell like hot cakes on Etsy, I'm sure! Have I convinced you yet? Best wishes, Bloom.

I think that it is interesting that the material means so very much. This composition would become really fine if you embroider it. It takes time, long time…
mberGeninne, I agree with the comments about making it available as a pattern for stitch. Also if you really wanted to stitch it yourself, consider machine stitching, or doing just one sparrow on a branch. Love your drawings and watercolours.

I don't know how you do it but you can take a simple line and make it beautiful!
I think this would be lovely done in red on white as the center of a red and white quilt.
