I ♥ My Friends

Vintage Birds & Stamps
These lovely vintage treasures arrived this morning from my lovely friend Sonia.
While I was organizing my studio this morning & packing all my stuff
I found this beautiful vintage needlepoint kit
that my dear friend Diana brought me from Canada last year.
Stitching the birdie was the perfect activity to do while taking a break
from putting things in boxes.

What a lovely gift! I have a thing for vintage stamps myself, and have a quite a collection of my own. They're like little works of art!

Needle pointing is such a focused hobby. I enjoy doing it, but sometimes lack the motivation to finish the project. :/
But the birdie is coming out great, what a great gift.

Hi Geninne

What a beautiful collection of birds! Hope everything's going well with the moving.

I've just done a post on my blog about a very different kind of blue house that we stayed in in Morocco that I thought you might enjoy as you get ready to leave your own beautiful blue house.

Hope Turbo doesn't mind moving too much! : )

You have so much energy doing a needlepoint and it is already frame during packaging . For me it is like just impossible to do.
All what you do is beautiful.
Thank for sharing those beauties
