Its so weird to see scenes like these when we're in the middle of winter with misty/foggy skies, rainy and frosty days... we haven't had snow yet though!
Bubbles, we had snow when they called for no snow. And Geninne, have you ever tried to feed a pelican? When we lived in Monterey Ca., we would go down to wharf and feed the seals and the pelicans would attack. It was a blast!
From the first picture I guessed you were in my old hometown, San Diego.. I miss the ocean!

I spent Christmas in Del Mar- right near San Diego. The beach was beautiful and the sunsets fantastic. I posted a few on my blog. I live very near but inland so it was a treat to walk on the beach.
I think your photo of the green building is the old Convair building where my father worked when we first moved here in 1950. It was an aircraft design and manufacturing company.
